TwinMind
AI note-taker that captures meetings and conversations
What is TwinMind?
TwinMind is an AI note-taker and personal memory app. It captures what you say and hear in meetings, lectures and in-person conversations, then transcribes and summarizes it and organizes the results by people, places and projects. It sends daily digests and recaps, and you can chat with your captured notes or pass that context to ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. The desktop app detects Zoom, Google Meet and Teams calls and adds a floating microphone for dictation into any app.
It runs on iOS, Android, Mac, Windows and Apple Watch, plus a Chrome extension, and supports more than 140 languages. TwinMind says audio is deleted after transcription by default, an on-device transcription mode keeps data local, and user data is not sold or used to train AI models. The company was founded in 2024 by three former Google X engineers.
The free plan includes unlimited capture hours, summaries and AI chat. Pro costs $11.99 per month and adds premium AI models, phone call recording and audio file uploads. Max costs $29.99 per month and adds 5x usage limits, email drafting, MCP integrations and speaker separation.
